OEM & Manufacturer Partnerships

Build TrailerMate™ Into the Trailer.

We're interested in working with trailer manufacturers, upfitters and industry partners to explore how purpose-built TrailerMate™ access can become part of the trailer from the beginning.

Partnership Opportunities

More than an aftermarket product.

Factory Accessory Programs Explore offering TrailerMate™ as an available accessory with new trailers.
Product Integration Discuss ways TrailerMate™ and the trailer can work together as a more integrated system.
Application Development Explore access solutions around specific trailer configurations and applications.

A Different Approach

What if access wasn't added later?

Trailer access is often considered after the trailer has already been designed, manufactured and delivered.

TrailerMate™ sees an opportunity to think about access earlier — while the trailer itself is being designed, configured or built.

Working with manufacturers creates the possibility of matching the access system more closely to trailer geometry, deck height, attachment points and intended applications.

Ways We Could Work Together

One partnership can take several forms.

Every manufacturer is different. We're interested in discussing opportunities ranging from accessory programs to application-specific product development.

01

Factory Accessory Programs

Explore offering a compatible TrailerMate™ access system as an available accessory or option when customers purchase a new trailer.

ACCESSORY PROGRAMS
02

Product Integration

Discuss how trailer attachment points, storage, mounting provisions or other design considerations could better accommodate TrailerMate™.

PRODUCT INTEGRATION
03

Application-Specific Development

If an existing TrailerMate™ configuration isn't the right fit, we can discuss whether an opportunity exists to develop a configuration around a particular trailer platform or application.

NEW APPLICATIONS

The Bigger Idea

Design the access around the trailer.

An OEM relationship gives both companies an opportunity to think beyond simply attaching an aftermarket product to a finished trailer.

01
Trailer Geometry Consider deck height, structure and available attachment areas.
02
Access Location Explore where a dedicated access point makes the most sense on the trailer.
03
Product Compatibility Match the TrailerMate™ configuration to the specific trailer platform.
04
Repeatability Explore a consistent configuration that can be repeated across a trailer model or production run.

Why TrailerMate™

We're building a product family, not one product.

Different trailer configurations create different access requirements. TrailerMate™ is being developed around that reality.

01

Application-Focused

TrailerMate™ configurations can be considered around the specific trailer and intended application.

02

Expanding Product Family

TrailerMate™ is expanding beyond a single flatbed configuration into additional trailer access applications.

03

Manufacturer Collaboration

We're interested in understanding how manufacturers build their trailers and where better access opportunities may exist.

04

After-Sale Support

TrailerMate™ can provide product information, replacement-component support and resources after the trailer reaches its owner.

New Applications

Have a trailer that needs a different approach?

Not every trailer will fit an existing TrailerMate™ configuration. Manufacturers with a specific platform or application are invited to start a conversation about the access requirement.

We'll begin by understanding the trailer, the intended access point and the application before determining whether there may be an opportunity to work together.

Helpful information to share

You don't need a finished engineering package to start a conversation.

Trailer type and model
Approximate deck height
Photos or drawings of the trailer
Intended access location
Estimated annual volume
Current access method or challenge

Starting the Conversation

Start with the trailer.

An initial OEM conversation doesn't need to be complicated. We start by understanding the application and determining whether there is a potential fit.

01

Tell Us About the Trailer

Share the trailer platform, application and access challenge you're trying to address.

02

Review the Application

We can discuss dimensions, geometry, attachment areas and existing TrailerMate™ configurations.

03

Explore the Opportunity

Determine whether an existing product, accessory program or new application warrants further evaluation.

04

Define Next Steps

If there is a fit, both companies can determine appropriate development, testing and commercial next steps.

Industry Partners

We'd like to hear from...

Trailer Manufacturers

Manufacturers building flatbed, fifth-wheel, gooseneck and related trailer platforms.

Trailer Upfitters

Companies modifying or configuring trailers for specialized applications.

Body Manufacturers

Manufacturers interested in purpose-built access around truck and equipment applications.

Industry Partners

Organizations with an application or product concept that may fit the TrailerMate™ platform.

Start a Conversation

Tell us what you're building.

Share a little about your company, trailer platform and what you're interested in exploring with TrailerMate™.

You don't need to have every detail figured out. The goal of the first conversation is simply to understand whether there may be an opportunity to work together.

Build access into the conversation earlier.

If you're designing, manufacturing or configuring trailers, we'd like to hear what you're working on.
